Hi Tessie, They are discussing their own feeding practics and preparing procedure for the show.Madboti wash his dog a few days before the show and he brush a little bit before the show. We are of the same opinion in grooming and handling of the kuvasz in the states is professional and we have a lot to learn from you here in Hungary. But for me a little bit strange the style the kuvasz is shown in your country.Do you dry and brush out the hair straight, like we do with poodles? In Hungary we'd like to keep the kuvasz's natural wavy hair. I wrote you private message(privát üzenet), all you have to do to click on the flashing sign on the top of the page.

In post #84 in Tartás, etetés, Madboti appears to be discussing shampoos and the coat. But I can't tell exactly what he is saying because of the limitations of the online Hungarian dictionary I use. The USA is mentioned. Perhaps some of the grooming practises in the showring here? These practises can be excessive and include "blowing out" the coat with a high powered blow dryer.
